Pallavi is a qualified physiotherapist, fitness/yoga trainer, certified lactation consultant, and Reiki practitioner. Having done her MPT in orthopedics in 2011, she has been providing physiotherapy management both for orthopedic and gynecological conditions, along with the ante-natal and post-natal counseling. Realizing the importance of fitness in pregnancy and childbirth, she has been working with pregnant women conducting pre natal and post natal fitness classes since then. Being a trained Reiki practitioner, her experience in Reiki helps in holistic healing and well-being of her patients. In her holistic approach towards dealing with the clients, all parts of a person’s life (physical healing, mental health and wellness, emotional well-being, and spiritual beliefs and values) are considered. Passionate about her work and dedicated to helping mothers through their parenting journey, she also provides lactation support to the breastfeeding mothers. She is known to have impressive managerial skills and owns great feedbacks from her clients in dealing with pregnancy related concerns.
