Dr. Manishika is a qualified physiotherapist (BPT) and fitness/yoga expert with a Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy(DNYS). Commencing her career with Fortis Jessa Ram Hospital, she later moved on to Fortis Escorts Heart Institute and Research Center, Okhla and her major role was Cardiac Rehabilitation and maintaining fitness parameters for patients. After 4 years of association, she is now actively associated with La Femme, Shalimar Bagh as a Physiotherapist and Fitness Expert. Being a mother of 2 year old daughter she also provides support to breastfeeding mothers. Her additional knowledge and background of Classical dance also helps her to make the exercise sessions more interesting and lively.
